There is no fridge in the room and the only ice is in the basement, so not very convenient. Front desk staff was friendly but even though they were a live person standing there I had to go to the terminal and check in electronically. It required me to put in my email and phone number even though that was provided when booking. I was also assured I would receive my receipt by email when I checked out electronically, which I did not. I had to follow up with the hotel separately to ask for my receipt and am still waiting.

I got a call the morning of my flight and the event I was going to attend later that day, that my room was cancelled and there were no other rooms available—on the day of the event! I booked the flight and hotel room months in advance and got charged for it and suddenly the morning of the event we’re flying to DC they cancelled my room??? Are you kidding me!

Beautiful hotel in downtown Leesburg. Close to all the shops and historic area.
