The location was perfect. Everything was clean and well appointed. We did not eat there so I cannot comment on the food. Would def stay again if I was in the area.

Friendly staff, excellent location with great view of the city from the window

One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit.

The hotel is a little dated looking but has a spacious carpark. Exceptionally helpful staff and a very decent breakfast. Room was clean with a good shower. Very well placed for travel into Ypres and beyond and was ideal for our trip.

The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!
