The hotel location in the middle of Interlaken makes the walks to either direction very short. The staff was really helpful to layout on a map the different options to make the most of the stay, enjoying the attractive spots and activities. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast with delicious options including coffee.

The hotel apartment is in great location. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! The Interlaken OST was a kilometer walk away or you could take a bus. Overall great experience. The only thing that bothered us was the quality of the towels . They very very small and thin. On top of that if we needed more towels for the day they charge you 8 Swiss franks . Coming from US that was quite disappointing. There was also no option of early check in . We arrived at 10 am due to an early flight and we had to wait till 4pm to get our room.

Lovely hotel in great location in Interlaken for walking. Well maintained. Wonderful outdoor and indoor pools and spa. Good variety of restaurants. Can’t fault it.

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

Wonderful location, great, attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful property.
