Clean room and good parking

Everything was excellent nothing bad to say

While the manager was helpful in finding us a room that better matched the description given, it would be very helpful if the pictures and room details matched what was advertised. Furthermore, the breakfast was great on weekdays, but Saturday and Sunday was awful. They were out of almost everything, including waffle batter. In addition, we were there a total of 4 nights and our room was not cleaned one time. After the third night, we specifically asked at the front desk before leaving for 8 hours and still returned to an unclean room. We were very disappointed with the service of this hotel.

If your looking to spend time in the room or dinning at the Nicollet Island Inn. I dont think you will be disappointed. Everything is close to the hotel. A quick Uber ride and your in down town Mpls or St.Paul. I have stayed here a few times. The thing I have liked is a simple thing. You get a real door key. Funny yes but not something one gets anymore.

Wish there was a map available so you could find what you were looking for instead of walking all over
