Always a good stay

One downside in my opinion was that the tvs screen share was limited to music for iOS devices. We also had issues with neighboring units. One whose dog was howling throughout the day and another unit that allowed their young children to play and scream at 6 in the morning. None of this the fault of the property. Just unfortunate for our stay. The room itself was great. The jetted tub was really nice although we did wish we could get the water warmer. The shower was really nice, the instructions made it easy to use and the water pressure and temperature was excellent.

Bug when we walked. In both rooms. First got put in the wrong room. Paid 455 a night worth 100 max. Nice pool

The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy

Finding the check in office was terrible. The woman checking me in was rude. There were fees that were not covered in the booking process. The room was out of the village across the road from the main stay area, pool and club house. The couch was peeling. The shower drain was broken in half. Pool area for the children was nice but there teenage children running arou d about plowing them down. We were there several hours and no staff came thru not even once. I understand there is no life guard on duty , and parents should have cotrolled these teens, but the staff should be doing rounds checking on thier property. Unless you are renting g a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom house, I would not recommend.

The staff were friendly. However, At check-in my parking pass was not given to me so we received three calls about it at 7:30 the next morning. The condo looks just like the pictures and was roomy for my large family, but was a little dated. The carpet throughout was old and stained and the stove burners in the kitchen were hard to use because they were bent up. They didn’t provide simple kitchen utensils like pancake turners and they only had a few pans and one sheet pan, which made cooking a bit of a hassle. They didn’t provide dish soap we had to get our own, and they didn’t have extra trash bags available. We have a large family, so that would have been helpful as all of the trash cans were very full when we left. Also, although the rooms were clean at a glance, there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere (some dead, some alive). I recommend that they get their property sprayed by pest control. When we first walked in, we killed 5 spiders within the first 10 minutes. On day two of our stay, I found two more spiders in the laundry area and another bug came crawling in as we were sitting in the living room area. In addition to that, when I went to use a towel from the bathroom downstairs, there was a bug inside of it. Lastly, the shower in the main room had mold inside of it.

Amazing place, rooms are gorgeous, pool was nice, drinks and musics good. Check in and check out great.
