The parking was not adequate for the number of rooms. The rooms were dated and in need of repair. The staff was very helpful. The AC worked well, but was really loud.

Nice clean cozy hotel.

This room is very very loud, the window frames are rotting and if opened very dirty. This allows all the noise in from the street and trains. The owner was sarcastic when we complained, however the customer service contact was prompt when the AC broke. They offer foam ear buds so it’s suggestive that we are not the first to raise the issue. We were given a refund but not what we asked for as the owner was unpleasant to deal with.

Breakfast was meh, room only turned over every 3 days instead of daily. For the $ spent per night I felt this was substandard. Otherwise very clean and had everything you need, staff was exceptionally helpful and a great location.

Everything about this one night stay was great. The room/bed/shower was great. It was in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff was great

Pool was closed and ice machine was out of service, but everything else was great!! Will stay again for sure.

So we checked in late. Staff were very nice. Our room was second floor with wheelchair access. Bathroom looks like hospital bathroom. Big, not that good light and white tile. Almost depressing. Room itself was fine, but not enough lighting and dark. Building is newer side but must be cheap made, we can hear noise from hallways and from upstairs. Breakfast was just ok. I wish we had a choice to stay regular room. We will not back, will stay other place.
