Clean room, breakfast

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay visit a very historic old town. Everybody from the bed dress was wonderful very friendly very accommodating. Very accommodate. I highly recommend nice little peaceful stay.

Hotel was okay, room clean, bed okay but pillows could be replaced, breakfast was minimal, juice machine broken with nothing offered It would have been nice to have at least a pitcher of water.

This hotel is located across the street from the Temple and the commercial district is very walkable. Our room was located in the basement of a very quaint historic building, but it was not clear to us initially that we had to drive to another hotel to pick up the keys. But....we were able to park just outside our room, which was a plus. A/C was great. Breakfast was minimal with no hot food.

Hot tub was why we chose to come here and use limited income to stay. We canceled a trip to maquoketa iowa…..came to this hotel… i called and asked about hot tub in advance and was assured it was functional. Got checked in and no hot tub was functional. Was not what was expected and i used hotel .com points. Soo pretty bumed ….. any way points could get refunded since hot tub was not available even after my inquiry to hotel prior stated it was? That would go a long way to making things ok. I felt everything else was fine. Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter. Have a nice day Robbie
