Customer service at the front desk is needed. We arrived and didn't know where to park so i went upfront and asked. The person stated a few sentences one by the stop sign one by the other side. I didn't understand how the garage parking worked. Decided to ask the following day and that person was so helpful. He gave me a map and a card that allowed you to come in & out of the garage and pay at the end of your stay verses per night.

Was perfect and what I needed.

It was great facility. We booked suites which came with 1king size bed bedroom and 1 room with 2 queen beds with bathroom for each room and common area. Overall great experience with facilities at the Comfort inn. Breakfast was excellent and staff was awesome.

The property was ok, however I didn’t have big expectations either, as it’s not a 5 star. The first room we were assigned did have a roach, not a water bug but an actual roach. As soon as we turned the light on in the room it ran across the counter. I understand people bring these type of bugs with them and we were promptly moved to a different room. One staff member was a bit irritate during breakfast as she cursed loudly upset that guest didn’t push their chairs in after leaving the tables, I mean that’s her job. I also dislike the way they distribute towels, as I like to change my towels daily, it became a hassle to call every day to get new towels. Every room should be offered new towels everyday. Breakfast was ok, overall it wasn’t bad but of course could use some improvements.
