I didn’t like that after you pay online for your room they charge you $100 deposit per room on the card and after checkout they put one of the $100 deposits back on my card within 10 minutes but the $100 for the 2nd room has still yet to be refunded back to my card. So who knows when I will get that $100 back if I even get it back.

The location downtown is great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable.

Nice room, great view. Very quiet.

Pros - clean, modern, and well maintained. Cons - pillows in room are extremely too flat and hard. Restaurant staff service was horrible on both occasions that I went there. Apparently there was a lack of staff to handle the workload and the wait for service was unacceptable. I would stay here again though but eat somewhere else.

Heard many creeks and groans outside my room. Very difficult to find the registration desk from outside. Toilet paper could use an upgrade. Front desk was very friendly. Nice breakfast.

The front desk staff was very helpful when we phoned in because we didn’t know where parking was. He guided us right to the spot. Very convenient access to the hotel and to the surrounding area. Our room had everything we needed and was quiet. We will come again when we visit the city.♥️

i had a horrible stay. do not recommend staying here.
