The Resort is undergoing renovations. That was a little annoying, but the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.

I’m a little confused why the reviews are so high for this place. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. My room seemed to be a former suite split into two hotel rooms which made the configuration awkward and meant I could hear voices in the room next to mine through the locked door. The drapes were broken so one side wouldn’t open, and there was a constant buzzing noise coming from the air conditioning. I mentioned both of these issues to the front desk but nothing was done to fix the situation as far as I know. I decided to check out after one night and book a different hotel. I’m still waiting for a refund from Expedia.

Really unique hotel in a great area

Stains on the shower curtain,sheets,and pillow covers. Hdmi cord for TV didn't work no wifi available it didn't work/wouldn't connect. People apparently live on property and they put us next to them and they were up all night loud. The lights in the room barley worked they would flicker as you walked. Soap marks/buildup in the shower in the walls

Here’s a polished version that is firm, factual, and more impactful: I had a terrible experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was unacceptable, with an extremely long wait. When I finally reached the front desk, the staff were cold, indifferent, and lacked even the most basic customer service skills. My reservation clearly included breakfast, and I showed the confirmation to the front desk. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told that I needed to speak with a manager, who was never available. I was asked to step aside while no effort was made to contact the manager or provide any meaningful assistance. I returned to the front desk twice that evening, only to receive the same runaround. The following morning, I spoke with another front desk associate who was much more helpful and assured me the issue would be resolved. However, it took three separate follow-ups before I finally received confirmation that the breakfast charges would be removed. Unfortunately, when I later reviewed my credit card statement, I discovered that the breakfast charges had never been refunded as promised. This entire experience reflected a complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and horrible customer service (they just don’t care….). It is shocking to encounter this level of service at a Loews-branded hotel. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this property to others.
