The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good location. Building and rooms are well maintained and clean, but very dated. Carpets need replacing and tub needs patching or replaced. Breakfast was good. Coffee was tasty. Waffles, eggs biscuits and gravy along with the usual breakfast items. The carpets in the dining area are gross and should be replaced with laminate.flooring. Overall our stay was good. I would stay there again.

It was newly remodeled, clean and quiet. The price was reasonable and the downtown location was good for us. There was a bathroom exhaust fan, which seemed odd.

The manager (owner?) was very helpful and kind. Helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. The property is older and our room really needed updating and a deep clean. There was a "kitchen" but the stove top was deeply dirty and burnt. I wiped down the light switches and TV remote with an antibacterial wipe and there was visible dirt. The light next to the beds -the plugs and usb jacks didn't work. Had to charge our phones in the kitchen. This town is kinda sketchy so pay an extra $20-30 and stay somewhere else.

Clean and great bed. Would be 5 stars except no n room coffee maker and our room was next to the elevator which we heard all night. It wasn’t super loud, but loud enough.
