I love the little cabins, they were clean, the staff was so friendly and welcoming.

When I arrived, they weren't expecting me. I showed them the res on my expedia app and then they asked me if I had cancelled it. I show them it wasn't cancelled in the app and they realized they had re-booked me to another hotel due to "an unforeseen issue." When I asked why they didn't call or email me to let me know, they said they didn't have any contact info for me. I guess reservation means something different to me than it does to them... If they had called and told me they were having an issue or even told me when I arrived and apologized, I would have been fine with it. This was just bush league. I night of for a manager to call me to hear my feedback, and then I asked again this AM at 9:30am, and we are now mid afternoon the next day and no one has called me.
