Very run-down and dated room that clearly hasn’t been refurbished in years. The room was also full of spiders and flies, which made the stay particularly unpleasant.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was lovely choices, although the juice glasses were tiny so had to have 2 or 3 glasses and fried egg was a bit plastic. Swimming pool was a nice size for my capabilities. Didn't use the children's pool. The only bad thing about it was the prices for alcohol was a bit high and you are joking at the £33 cheeseburger or any dinner prices?

A great stay as usual, rooms are lovely and dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, we always stay here when we are in Southampton
