We booked this property based on location as we were leaving Colon for a cruise and it was perfect.

Excellent location at Plaza Independencia.

The people were very nice and very mannerly.

The room was good, the carpets outside were with holes and some floor has food on the floor, the breakfast buffet was kind of ok, the line are supper long to order omelette. If you stay at this hotel while events is happening there is no way you can get a table to seat down and eat your meal. Hotel didn’t had my room ready at the time of check in , my father is in a wheelchair chair it was terrible waiting time. Overall I won’t never stay at this property.

Couldn't sleep because the rooftop balcony has a party going on ALL night till 7am... great place to party, not so great to relax and chill.

Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later.
