The car park was not lite at night so I was worriedabout the secuirty of my car. The hotel is adjacent to the A40 so the traffic noise was a concern especially early morning

Arrival was really efficient and the reception team super accommodating and friendly. The carpark is large, and plenty of spaces. Must out registration of vehicle into tablet on reception desk to avoid a penalty fine. Bar and lounge area really well kept, and menu for drinks and food is great - including some deals. Bedroom was a fantastic size with two double beds. Clean and well appointed with a smart TV also. Breakfast on check-out morning was enough to fill us for the day until tea! We will stay again, for sure!

We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!

Clean room. Shower needed attention & water in tap was a trickle. Had to re-tune the TV. View front bedroom window was a bit bland. But overall, a decent hotel.

Staff very helpful

Very clean room, lovely staff. Excellent breakfast and service. The room was well designed and had everything we needed. Loved the treat bag bed and bowl for our dog. She was a very happy girl. Plus despite a wedding celebration our room was very quiet all night. Highly recommended!

Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats.
