Dont write reviews about where i've stayed but this place has tipped me over that edge, arrived late after a days travelling and were met by the slowest receptionist ever, had no sense of urgency with the people in-front of us and before long there was a queue of people waiting to be seen. Attitude when checking us in was abrupt and about as welcoming as a slap in the face and seemed interested only in getting back to hiding in the backroom. Made our way to the room, met with a dank corridor which led to our room, which, i can only describe as being morbid. I wasn't expecting the Ritz- but i did expect the room to be habitable without mouldy AC, carpet which was wrinkled and a trip hazard. Beds were well past their use and the bathroom was like being in a dungeon it was so small and crampt. To top it off, the noise from the people at the pool which was across the way, was incredibly loud for 9pm. Not to mention the music being blasted there too, when asking reception they just daid 'it should stop soon' and never offered any attempt at resolution. The noise from other rooms like loud televisions and people stomping like the BFG upstairs was also unreal. We booked somewhere else within 30 minutes of getting to our room, please, for the benefit of your relationship and personal sanity. Do not book this place.

Very, very nice place to stay in beautiful Page America. May I highly suggest stay here. The room was super clean. Everything was brand new and the bed was outstanding and so was the shower. Staff was great with helping me with the booking of the room and I was very glad to be part of supporting my community

The staff was FANTASTIC! We had one of the little houses - super clean, tons of amenities, and very quiet. We will definitely stay again!

The check-in process could be improved. Before our arrival, I called to ask whether an early check-in might be available, but I was unable to reach anyone by phone. When we arrived around 2:30 p.m. to inquire in person, the self-service check-in tablet indicated that an additional fee would apply for early check-in. The instructions for the air conditioning were also a bit unclear. The information provided stated that a passcode was required to adjust the temperature, but after contacting the host, we learned that no passcode was actually needed. The washer and dryer are conveniently located near the apartment entrance; however, there is a high fee each time they are used. The bathroom is quite small and lacks countertop space, which made it less convenient. Additionally, the apartment differed somewhat from the photos in the listing. The kitchen was also very minimally equipped, making it challenging to prepare meals. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the living room and bedrooms are comfortably sized. Overall, however, the property did not fully meet our expectations based on the listing, and we would likely choose a different place to stay on a future visit.

Excellent séjour, notre tente (suite) était parfaite, juste le canapé-lit n’était pas confortable pour notre ado. L’eau chaude -froide pourrait aussi être améliorée, c’est soit froid, soit très chaud La nourriture était très bonne, peut-être un peu chère mais vous êtes au milieu de nul part!! Magnifique emplacement, ciel étoilé incroyable !
