Boynton Beach Vacation Packages

Every day of our stay, we were uncomfortable because of the many problems and missing amenities at the hotel. The room had a humidity problem and cockroaches. The refrigerator did not work, and there were no alcoholic beverages, water, or soft drinks available. The TV did not work, and neither did the telephone. There was no restaurant available after 4:00 PM, and there was nothing available to purchase for snacks or refreshments. The spa was also closed. On top of all these issues, the hotel charged us several additional fees. Considering the amount we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. We believe these issues should be addressed and that some form of compensation or refund is appropriate.

Everything was wonderful and we're even accommodated with early check in. Checked in Friday, checked out Sunday. Came back to our room early Saturday evening after a day in the water to find at least 4 housekeepers going through our room as if we're a check out. Dumped the ice (i needed for cold beverages) from our freezer ice maker bin, sprayed/dumped cleaner on the floor all around our toilet...It was so awkward. They just kept cleaning as if we're in the way. I finally told the housekeeper we were fine and they could leave. We're only there 2 days, and the cleaning schedule posted in our room did not line up with these housekeepers tending to our room. Don't get me wrong, we're grateful for a freshly made bed, clean towels and our trash taken out, but anything beyond that for the length of our stay was not necessary. Besides this small mishap, EVERYTHING was wonderful.

We had the best stay here for our honeymoon. I don’t remember the nice lady’s name who checked us in but she was absolutely incredible. She even upgraded our room and sent us a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Golf was wonderful as well! We even got room service and fresh sheets every day. We would love to come back!!

Walking distance to the Eagle. Pleasant and hospitable staff. Definitely coming back.
