Clean rooms. Went to a concert at stir cove. Very convenient

It needs updating which when we were there, it looked like it was progressing.

Great hotel. Wonderful ambiance and location. call ahead if you want valet parking - it was full when we checked in. Don't plan on early check-in.

I'm recovering from an injury and stayed in one of the accessible rooms offered by the property. The layout of the bathroom was planned around convenience, comfort, and safety, and the main room was spacious and navigable. (Do note that the bath area has a tub rather than a wheelchair accessible open shower, but there is a drop-down seat and multiple grab bars.) The bed was at a good height and extremely comfortable, and there was ample good lighting. I would also like to remark on the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff, from the front desk (thank you, Melanie!), to housekeeping, to the the people who provided the breakfast (which itself was excellent). There was also a good selection of snacks for purchase, including microwaveable frozen foods for late night travelers and midnight snack seekers. It was a great place to stay!
