My stay was not pleasant at all. The room was not what I was expecting. We had no refrigerator in the room which meant we had no cool drinks or anything to drink because we could not keep it cool. We only noticed this after we went to the store and purchased items that we could not use. We had no drinking cups in our room and the ice machine on our floor was not working. The staff, especially Trevor was extremely helpful during our stay with recommendations and taught us how to ride the train system. Even recommended places to visit which we did. I was also told that there was a shuttle to the hotel for the airport. It cost me another $100 just to get from and back to the airport for the weekend. I was there for a wedding so I did not gripe but I was not satisfied by the hotel at all.

I did not enjoy the hotel or the area.

The room has mold and the smell is disguising. It is not good for health.

I did not like how I booked for a king size room & when checking in I was put into a double bed, I called front desk to alert them of the inconvenience & then I was told that they were sold out of king size, once I told them I was not going to settle & wanted a reimbursement for the inconvenience they finally put me in a king size room. Overall the staff were nice it’s very beautiful inside & the room was nice.
