The service at the hotel was excellent, and our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The hotel staff also went the extra mile for the children, with thoughtful touches like activity books and extra snacks, which they really enjoyed. All of the staff we encountered were courteous and very helpful. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to multiple Tube stations and within walking distance of many major sights, Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for excellent service, a great location, and a comfortable stay in London.

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality

Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room service was good. Neat rooms and timely cleaned and attended. Had a great stay. Very centrally located property having a beautiful Courtyard.
