We stayed in a section of the hotel that was not renovated, so the carpet showed lots of wear. The updated section looked beautiful! The rooms themselves were very comfortable and the surrounding property was well maintained. The views of the creek/river behind the property was breathtaking.

Friendly and helpful staff excellent location. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. They were helpful and clearly care about their work. I needed the airport shuttle (which is free) at 4 am, and then my flight was cancelled and I needed to come back. They sent the shuttle again and let me back in my room, and the shuttle driver wouldn't accept another tip, even though he carried my luggage up the stairs. The room was super clean and there were lots of towels. It was a great room at a great price too.

We had a great night in one of the king suites with hot tub. Didn’t have more than twelve hours, but we enjoyed the grounds, the fitness center, and the room. Seemed like a good deal for what we paid. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly.

Broken AC in our room and no way to reach staff. Stale pastries. Only one coffee cup for two people. Something was off about the bed cover which made the sheets fall off all night. Terribly uncomfortable stay.
