Clean and comfortable

Our flight was cancelled and we were able to get a room at the last minute. It turned out to be a very happy detour as the staff were over-the-top according, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the food was top-notch. I would welcome the opportunity to be “stranded” here again with pleasure!

Good hotel but really needs air con

I was pleased with the studio accommodation. All necessary amenities were easily accessible, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly David. The location is convenient to the train station, grocery store, and local establishments.

Starting with the front desk staff it was a wonderful stay. We only stayed one night but the room was an upgrade due to some switches and it was beautiful. The old woman at the desk that night was so kind and welcoming that we made friends immediately and I would go back to that hotel anytime I was in town!

Good accommodation which was very clean and with good coffee provided plus bottled water. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Easy parking and very good breakfast. Also enjoyed a good meal and drinks in the pub part of the accommodation.

Stayed in small deluxe room up some stairs with a balcony and marina view which was actually a partial view and an apparent upgrade to the deluxe room with marina view that i had booked at a cost of £405 for one night. It was nice but was it worth that? No it was not! I was expecting unadulterated luxury but not even a bath, just a very average small shower in the small bathroom! Feeling disappointed and cheated and no, will never be going back!
