Check in was smooth process. The hotel looks old but they renovated the room a bit. It was loud but not bad as you are on the side of hwy 101. Overall not bad of an experience.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Gave us several printouts of events for July 4 weekend, local restaurants. Room was clean, had a Birds Eye view for the local fireworks show across the jetty. Enjoyed our stay.

Happy to have found this hidden gem. Rooms were nicely equipped. The location is amazing. Woke up to see the sunrise over the lake. Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds. Pretty quiet rooms, newer windows, rugs. Little misunderstanding about what is a room with a kitchen. The kitchen was just the small dorm room refrigerator and a microwave, a tiny sink. Not a kitchen just normal in room microwave dinners. Also no elevator but we were aware of this as its an older motel. Swimming pool was nice and hot tub worked and was clean and shocked several times per day. They even provide some smaller towels and it had seperate changing rooms. Overall our 5 day stay was Comfortable minus the kitchen we thought we had.

Easy walk to the beach! Take a jacket- almost always a cool wind coming off the ocean
