Upon arriving to my room, the sheets had stains on them. They had to switch my room. The towels in the bathroom also had stains on them. I had to go downstairs and get new towels and when going to the pool, the towels that they have there for the guests also had stains on them. When leaving my room in the morning, there was piles of garbage on the floor in the corner.

This was my second stay at this property, both times for an HHN weekend. This stay is really for sleeping purposes only. We continue to come back because the value is incomparable for a party of 6. It's an easy drive in from I4 and there is plenty of sleeping space, 2 bathrooms are key and the kitchen is invaluable as we bring in food and drinks to save on eating out. At check in the desk was fully staffed for a quick check-in process. Upon arrival to our room we discovered the a/c wasn't working properly. No problem...we let the front desk know and within 2 hours the room was sufficiently cooling and continued the duration of our stay. Aesthetically, the furnishings are outdated but I'm sure they take a beating with Orlando guest turnover and it's hard to justify upgrading at this price point.

This place was fantastic to stay at. We had a two bedroom cottage, the facilities were fantastic. All bedrooms ensuite, TVs in every room. Full kitchen and living room. Hot tub. Great pool nearby and sunset walk is five minutes walk away. They had live music in most nights and there is a lot of different food and drink places there.

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is just beautiful. We had a room with a view of the animals which we loved. The restaurants were excellent and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Peaceful place….
