We stayed at this hotel to visit our daughter at UAH which is only a few minutes away. This location is really nice and quiet and not in a heavy traffic location. If you want to be right next door to restaurants there aren't any right next door but there are some nearby. This location is very convenient to UAH the rocket center and other places around Huntsville. This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very nice. We brought our dog with us and the property was great for dogs because there is grass around and a designated area for them to go potty. My husband used the Jim and said it was great. We will be frequenting Huntsville and will stay at this hotel again.

The place was kinda clean and the staff was super rude to me when I asked for a towel the morning that we denied room service since we had just arrived a few hours later. The front office was never actually open the hours stated they’d be open. They charged us extra $40 and we suspect it was for the towels we asked for the first day there. The staff couldn’t have been more rude!!

Horrible experience! One of the worst places I have ever stayed at! The cleaning staff was rude and didn’t clean when asked. Bed linens were stained and dirty at check in. The place smelled horrible and the carpet in the elevator smelled awful and was dirty. The WiFi didn’t work, the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The bathroom sink never drained properly, there was mold in the bath tub. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. It was just absolutely a horrible experience. Drink machines only take $$$ and not cards.
