Staff is very friendly, room is unusually spacious with two King beds. The room is clean, except it has a slight odor (which is why I didn't give 5 star to this hotel). The lobby and restaurant are great.

Best Western Lakewood Inn
The room is always very clean. We like the cookies and peppermints. Rob, the front desk attendant remembers us every time. I had requested a certain room which he even had arranged to have the heat turned on for us. He is fantastic.

Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. Great location. All of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who provided the complimentary breakfast was very efficient and friendly.

We were very happy with this hotel. The only issues was the mattress for the pull out couch was awful. It was lumpy, sagging, and incredibly uncomfortable. We would have been better just sleeping on the hard couch cushions.
