This place is just outdated and the customer service was poor. The elevator felt like it was about to break down. The Bartender was very rude. I’m not happy at all and I will be requesting a full refund.

The pool was closed, our toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called the front desk they told me I could come and get a plunger, which I didn’t do I paid to stay there and they want me to plunge the toilet. NOPE. Then at 9 am I went out to the breakfast area and there was nothing.
