A good basic resort on the water in Maine. I thought that the room, a very basic affaire, was overpriced

I wrote on the required paper for towels and never received it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Vanilla yogurt and the granola was especially tasty along with warm muffins. My only complaint is that I was given the impression this was a hotel but the standard rooms are basically a motel. I don’t think it’s worth a nicer hotel price when it’s just an older somewhat renovated motel.

Good hotel for Acadia touring.

What a gem of a hotel! Beautifully appointed and in the heart of Freeport. Will stay again!

Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location
