The pictures are not as seen! Lobby dirty, front desk person gone for over 5 minutes, bullet proof barrier at front desk, filthy carpets throughout the hotel including in the lobby, strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, cable cord hanging out of outlet exposing hole in wall bc no plate to cover hole, hair on white sheets and holes in linens, dirty tub and toilet seat. I checked back after 5 minutes and never put my luggage down after I saw the room and all of this and requested a refund.

We enjoyed our stay Okaeri and we look forward to returning! The room had beautiful architecture and design. It was finished with the highest quality and thought. It was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast! They prepared three course gourmet breakfasts every morning and delicious coffee! You won’t be disappointed!!

I would definitely stay here again. They were very helpful and attentive but not in the way. It's a very quiet place just off the main road that runs through town. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and drinking my coffee. Close to everything we wanted to see in the valley.

Room was clean and tidy. A/C with controls were old and difficult to operate. Ceiling Fan could not be adjusted for lower settings due to no speed control on wall. ceiling fan was left on high constantly. Outdated but clean bathroom. Parking very narrow for two cars to park next to each other.
