Great breakfast sandwich

The history of why the Inn became what it is today. The renovations of the Inn, the decor, the uniqueness of the rooms, stairways, etc. from when it was built. We were able to be upgraded to a bigger room because there were no chairs or small tables or desk in the first room provided for us. We were in walking distance to restaurants and store. I would highly recommend folks to schedule a visit.

I love massanutten. The property is beautiful. The unit I stayed in was clean but the cover on top of the microwave fell off immediately getting on the property. The wood on the corner of the island was off with nails hanging out and the screen to the patio had a burn in it. I reported this to maintenance and they never came after telling me they would come back to fix everything. I checked in on Friday and they still never came during my whole stay, which was 3 nights.

Great views. King size sheets on twin beds was annoying.

Staff was poor. Upon arrival we proceed, got our rooms and proceeded to our rooms two of the rooms out of the three we’re occupied by other people had to move to other rooms and my shower did not work. They would not change my room for me because they were overbooked and people were overstay this days. Just very poor planning on my arrival.

This place was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Sherando lake was only 4 miles away with great hiking trails. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay at this place again.
