Overall great experience. Beautiful property on the Marina! Nice views. Clean. Enjoyed the hot tub. As far as staff is concerned one bartender was a bit loud and obnoxious. He scared me when he came outside to check on me because of his voice volume 😆. Also the guy that handled the coffee bar in the morning was super unfriendly.

We had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the hotel room. Very outdated, the pool was terrible! You could smell the chlorine from well off. The staff was decent, and was pet friendly which was the only reason we stayed their. Overall it was a good trip but it wasn't worth what out family was charged. Hotel pads up the pictures too make you believe its nicer than what it truly is.

There was a horrible stench on the 7th floor that punched you immediately in the face as the elevator doors opened. The elevator situation was absolutely horrendous!!!! For the number of guests, all elevators need to be working, including the down button from the 7th floor. This hotel was adequate at best, but the view was spectacular. We reported our concerns without resolution. We will stay elsewhere next time.
