Great property! Perfect location

We stayed one night on a road trip and were very impressed with the hotel. Clean and Comfortable. Average complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices and seating.

The suite was very clean. The beds all appeared VERY new... possibly from Amazon.. & they were EXTRA FIRM. The fridge and stove top were a plus, but there are no utensils, cookware, plates, etc. The staff was friendly enough... I felt rushed to sign everything at check-in. I understand the desire for a swift experience, but there's a fine line between that & hurrying up to get me out of your hair. It was hard to catch someone at the desk--we saw the window closed more than open. We requested a couple of extra towels as there were 3 women in our group & they needed one for their hair. That was a no go. They only gave towels if we brought them the existing ones. There were no hand towels. The location was a bit secluded which was nice in Cleveland and easily accessible. We might consider staying here again for the price & cleanliness, but we'd bring our kitchen supplies & extra towels.

1.Coffee machine in-room didn't work. 2. Faucet in shower was faulty...dripping constantly 3. Staff was rude at front desk and other staff in elevator didn't even acknowledge you 4. Breakfast was poor
