WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Booked 3 nights, checked in at 8 PM and was KICKED OUT by 10:15 PM! Let me be CLEAR! I did NOT sneak dogs in! I told the front desk I had my dogs. She NEVER asked how many, handed me an agreement so poorly printed it was unreadable, and ran my card for the pet fee. I pointed out I couldn’t read it and she laughed and AGREED! I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3 my dogs?! Instead of discussing solutions, the manager accused me of dishonesty, swore at me and threatened to call police! Front desk was rude from the start, maintenance was intimidating, and management was downright nasty! Here’s the kicker! My card showed APPROVED at check-in. Suddenly, during the argument, I was told it DECLINED! After being kicked out, I paid $620 CASH ($120 pet fees + $500 “fine”), only to discover card charges too, for the stay and pet fees, I finally got 2 nights refunded. The next day, that SAME front desk employee repeatedly passed my craft show booth, texting and taking photos immediately after walking past and into my booth. I own a business. I understand policies and OWN my mistake. But that NEVER excuses treating someone like garbage! I tried to make things right. This staff chose hostility. NEVER AGAIN! NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL!

Rooms are run down, hot tub not working, only serve breakfast until 9 on weekends, card didn’t work on the door and desk clerk was on the phone and didn’t respond to us waiting by the desk, room next door had their tv turned up so loud, phone didn’t work to call front desk, had to get dressed at 3:30 and address the noise with front desk, and then room still kept tv on all night.
