Hotel was located in a convenient location for my work trip. Great views from the balcony and plenty of off street parking.

My room was maybe 6ft x 4ft. Bathroom was small. No where store stuff. No water pressure in shower cause building is old. Only good thing was across street from stadium.

A great location at good sheds, the food area was really good with lots of different types of food. Also close to Asda in case you need to buy anything and a 10 minute walk to the sea front which was lovely with nice easy walks either side of the main beach. The customer service when I called was very good and check in was easy even without an actual front desk. Overall the accommodation was clean, there were a few areas that were a bit dusty. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space. It was perfect for 2, just the right size. The decor was to a high standard. I would like to say that with this heatwave weather it did get hot so a fan would have been good. Also the saucepans in the cupboard were scratched and rusted, we did not use them we only used the frying pan for cooking but I would not have used them, they do need to be replaced, otherwise everything that was needed was there. The plants just outside by the seating area were dry and looked like they had not been watered for a while. I did water them but someone needs to do it regularly in the hot weather especially. We had a lovely time, thank you.

The room was like a furnace! The Dyson fan really inadequate and just circulated hot air. The shower room was gloomy and poorly lit. The shower cubicle was cleanish but really needed replacing. The cleaner was fighting a losing battle with crumbling surround and broken shower hose. Basically the concept is good but needs updating and AC in the summer now that climate change really seems to be taking hold. The staff were really helpful and efficient but they couldn’t make it any cooler!!

Nice place, friendly staff

Lovely staff and hotel, so friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and right in the main city centre, lots of bars and restaurants close by, was noisy at night with all the bars and clubbers so close but we learnt to close the windows and have the fan on to block it out, would definitely stay again.
