One of the worst we've ever experienced. We wanted to leave after two minutes, but they were talking about withholding a refund. They finally gave a little more than half back after just one night of a 3-night reservation. We took it and ran!

The staff that checked me in was very nice but the room had a strong cleaning agent smell and was a bit worn. The carpet in the hallways were buckling/coming up and I tripped walking to my room. It’s a fine hotel but I won’t plan on staying again if I’m in the area.

Started off with problems with the system when checking in and ended up having my card locked due to the staff having me swiped it so many times. Parking is also $10 a day in a parking garage that you’re suppose to park on level 5,6,or 7 that an elevator doesn’t work on so you have to walk the stairs with all your belongings. Then there was roaches in the pool area as well as the hallway walls, when brought to the staffs attention she said she“we’ve been waiting for pest control all week” Then there was an event they had going on that had the noise so loud it was ridiculous, the same event of guest made racial comments and would bombard the elevators no one would be able to get on other then their event party. Plus when checked outed they charged my card an extra $40 for extra parking.

Location was easy to get to. Room felt damp and smelled musty. Windows were constantly fogged from outside. Accumulated dirt and grime in bathroom corners. Our bathroom tub had a constant drip. Room was quiet otherwise. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is a little dated, but overall in good condition. Pool was nice and has a swim thru to the outdoor pool. They have an onsite bar and the bartender was great. Staff is super nice.

I booked 3 night stay for a tournament I would be playing coming from out of state. The first night there I had to complain multiple times about the room above us jumping around till 2am. The staff never went up there to say anything. They moved my room 2nd night to help with the noise as the family would be there all weekend as well. The second night there was a minor leak from the ceiling vent in the bathroom. Very minor. I stayed away from the room most of that day then came back for 3rd night noticed there was still a VERY minor leak that still hadn't soaked a hand towel the whole time. When I woke up from the last night my room was flooded. The bathroom had over an inch of water and it leaked out to the room and past the first bed. The staff said this had never happened before but you could tell bathroom door had water damage on the bottom. There was trash all over the parking lot and looked like someone puked outside the front door until it rained and washed it away.

This apartment is cozy, beautiful and very comfortable. It is close to everything. The hosts really make it feel like home. We hope to stay again in the future when visiting family nearby!
