Canyon Point Vacation Packages

This is the worst place we’ve stayed at so far on our long US road trip. We booked for 4 nights and 5 days hoping for a good time because the photos looked nice. But the biggest problem here is the bad service and how they keep the place. It started at check-in. Our booking said check-in was at 3:00 PM, but when we got there a bit early at 2:35 PM, the guy at the front desk didn't even check our names. He just told us we couldn't go in until 4:00 PM. So we changed our plans and came back at 4:45 PM, hoping for a clean room. We were wrong. The floor was wet in the middle and dirty on the sides. The cups were used and had lipstick on them, the coffee machine had an old pod and was dirty, and the sheets and towels had stains. It felt like they didn't change the sheets at all. I sent a message on Expedia right away, but nobody answered or came to help. Two days later, we asked them to clean the room and give us new towels. Instead of cleaning, someone just left a pile of sheets and towels for us to do it ourselves. They didn't empty the trash, didn't take the old towels, and didn't even check the room. We had to go ask for toilet paper and a broom just so we could clean the floor a little bit. Later they sent someone to clean, but they did a really bad job. We still had a dirty floor and had to make our own beds. The cabin itself is really small. We had a door connecting to the next cabin, and you can hear everything. You he

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The host made it very easy to find and order food to be delivered. It is far enough out to be a retreat but close enough to town for convenience and cell service.

The apartment was clean. Bedrooms were good sized and

The front desk isn’t manned past 9pm. We had people above us making so much noise for over 2hrs 3 days in a row. Finally the 3rd day we were able to get someone to get them to stop. Then the smoke alarm kept chirping all night again no one to help so another sleepless night. The breakfast is scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, waffles, muffins, white bread and apples. No protein provided for folks with dietary needs.

We showed up to check into our room 40 minutes early and were told we couldn’t check in because we were not elite members. Just keep in mind this was Page Arizona. No one in the parking lot. Raining. Never have run into this before. Last time I use Holiday Inn And Express as there were lots of other choices I could have made.

Great spot to stay in on our trip!

Everything was great! We had everything we needed on our short trip. Some of the laundry service was out of order so we had to wait and share between 2 washers and dryers, but that was literally the only issue we had.
