Stayed only one night after the Branson Air Show. Did not get to enjoy the amenities as we were tired after spending all day in the sun. The room was clean with the exception of a spill that had not been cleaned off the television.

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

Have stayed several times at different locations and never disappointed. There was a sales pitch offered this time that is not anything I will ever go to so that was a waste of time. Bed linens very stiff not soft at all. but all and all a very clean and well maintained property.

We were here for 2 nights.clean rooms Friendly staff. Convinent too all attractions. Hot breakfast and dessert hour in the evening. Great price

The room was clean. There was a few pans to cook with in the full kitchen which also had silverware, some utensils, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cups, glasses, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The indoor pool was a nice size and jacuzzi. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the screened in balcony with chairs and table. When we contacted the office, they brought us ice and more creamer within a short time. The shower was clean and we enjoyed the soap and lotion. The closet in the bathroom was a good size. We liked the larger size bath towels too. The parking was close. Read the fine print in emails, Not all buildings have functioning elevators. I called ahead of time to make sure we had an elevator as my husband is disabled and had my 87 year old mil with us. We had a good experience and would come back again.
