Staff was amazing, very informative. Room was super clean and we loved the layout. We only had a partial view, but it was beautiful view of the lake. We only had a very minor issue of the electric fireplace not blowing warm air. It lit up but no heat. But still pretty to look at while gazing out ro the lake.

Close to bus system and walking to alot if eating places. Close to the mall.

Our room was huge. The king size bed was very comfortable, it had large pillows, two night tables had ample charging outlets. Decor was very unique, I loved it. Bathroom was huge as well, with a large walk-in shower, shower wand, lots of counter space around the sink. It was very comfortable, and accommodated all our needs. The heating unit on the wall takes about 10-12 minutes to start pumping air, but we didn't know that, and thought it was not working. A call to the front desk clarified it, and once it got going, it turned out to be a very quiet and efficient unit. Our room was facing train tracks, and trains were going by all night long. However, we still managed to get a good night sleep.

Place is clean, new facility, restaurant was great, valet parking for free. Will return for sure.
