Not a good experience at all! So many problems from start to finish. The room key failed to work on three separate occasions meaning we had to ask reception for a new room key card 3 times! This wasn’t a one off problem… so many families had the same problem as us. On our first evening at the hotel we went down to reception to request another pillow and was told the hotel didn’t have a singular spare pillow. Both the soap dispensers in the toilet and shower were empty for the duration of our stay The room itself needed a revamp with cracks and damp marks across the ceiling Plug socket near the tv hanging off the wall completely The room had an iron and no ironing board Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay which meant we had no tea/coffee, sugars or anything at all

We booked this hotel for a concert a bit off a walk from the station but easier for what we were doing later on . The hotel was spotless staff really friendly . Had everything we needed and all the little touches were great . Would definitely book again
