Carson Springs Vacation Packages

This was our second time staying at this location. It has an older design and isn't the most modern property but it is well kept. The location is close enough to all the attractions but far enough to be nice and quiet.

Was not aware of waterpark not included with booking Timeshare took up the whole morning Gulf course closed at diff time than advertised. Not enough towels in room Hair all over sinks and sheets Asked for comforter for pull out bed, they brought SHEETS. Water slides closed after a long time at timeshare presentation. Water park closed upon arrival on Saturday While trying to work, a dog next door was constantly barking. Unable to work. Was unable to use parking pass at river terrace.

The room was clean, great location and amazing breakfast. The only issue was an incredibly long check in.

Staff was amazing!

We had a great time… spotted a couple bears but no trouble!!! Didn’t have enough trash bags or toilet paper for more than one day and we stayed a week so prepare fr that stove was crazy knobs didn’t match heat settings

My family and I took a quick two day trip to Pigeon Forge to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it was a long two days😂so when we checked in to our hotel it was very refreshing to have an upbeat and courteous person to greet us at the front desk We were also pleased with the room’s size and cleanliness as well as the fitness room We will definitely stay here again
