Super awesome place to stay. Staff was great! Room was very clean! Pool is very clean and nice! The owner Peter is super nice! Definitely would recommend!

Hotel and amenities were great. Loved the fall decorations. Hotel staff could use a customer service / hospitality refresher.

I liked that it was central to the attractions like universal studios and Disney. Some at the front desk was helpful especially a male forget his name, but very helpful. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that we couldn’t use the gym because it’s for VIP guests only. So I had 3 rooms booked for my family and my sons wanted to use the gym and was told they could not. When I booked, there was no restrictions about the gym. Hence my takeaway of 2 stars.

We stayed in one of the cottages and it was just perfect. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a master suite was perfect for my parents. I appreciated having the laundry upstairs with the other bedrooms. The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us. Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort. Overall, a great selection and would start again!

The rooms dont quite look like the photos, but they were not the worst rooms ive ever stayed in. Very humid/wet room upon walking in. It was just OK. Alot of broken/aged and dirty areas in the room. Breakfast was decent but very busy before it ends at 9:30.

Super happy with our stay. Parking garage has Tesla chargers, plus! Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel were clean. We did not visit the restaurant/bar. I will be staying again and highly recommend!

It's such a nice, quiet spot that's super close to everything, and the beach is practically right there! All the areas inside the hotel looked clean and smelled great. I chatted with two employees, and they were both so incredibly kind. I'd totally love to come back again sometime! 😊
