Nice big clean room.

Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.

Staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are well appointed, the cooked breakfasts are good quality and the bar is well stocked. There's ample free parking and a taxi ride to Lincoln city centre is very reasonably priced. This is our go-to stay-place when we are in Lincolnshire and we'l be back again next year !

Wonderful first visit, value for money. Excellent parking facilities, helpful staff and cleanliness superb. Restaurant choice was good and the food superb, good well cooked breakfast presented well. Set in a lovely village with plenty of opportunity for walks.

A lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation. Very good ambiance and pleasant surroundings. Very comfortable nights sleep and the highlight was being able to feed the alpacas and pig in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
