Very clean room, the staff very helpful I'm so happy that I chose this hotel

Excellent

Excelente ubicación, lugar agradable y cómodo.

The pool looked more luxurious in the photos, there is no staff working there on a regular basis, but there is a phone near by that i figured out how to use to contact the front desk to make a lunch order to be delivered for the pool area. The staff was great - the only issue I had was with the air conditioning - it was initially too cold but when I turned it off and on throughout my stay the room would have an unpleasant damp smell upon entering. I also forgot to take my allergy medication on the last night and work up with a sinus flare up, barely able to breathe - feeling puffy and with a headache. I think the vents probably need cleaning. Other than this issue, which may have been specific to my room 1819, i enjoyed the property and the overall convenience for getting around. Starbucks just a minute away was also a plus.

Breakfast

Le personnel très gentil - mais pas d'eau chaude

Very clean and nice staff
