Celebration Vacation Packages

This place was fantastic to stay at. We had a two bedroom cottage, the facilities were fantastic. All bedrooms ensuite, TVs in every room. Full kitchen and living room. Hot tub. Great pool nearby and sunset walk is five minutes walk away. They had live music in most nights and there is a lot of different food and drink places there.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, quiet area, & reasonable rates. This is our 4th stay & we will be back.

Room was not the cleanest. The curtains were stained and dirty. The doors to the porch were extremely hard to open. The bathroom is awkwardly set up with no countertop space. The shower handle came off in my hand. The desk chair was so rickety we were afraid to use it. The hotel cost itself is fine but I would not call it a resort. The resort fees came with useless benefits.

The room had stains on the walls in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The suite had a generally musty smell and it was not one of the renovated rooms, unfortunately. The lobby was beautifully maintained and the staff at the desk were very kind. However, we arrived later in the evening during a very bad lightening storm, we wanted to drop bags off, use the restroom and go back out to our next destination. An employee was stalking the front desk area talking to other guests loudly about our car (not the only one) under the awning and not blocking anyone. When she learned it was our car she said she was about to call the cops about it, and then that she had (then retracted). I just checked in, they had all the guest information and it was a brief wait late in the evening. She followed us out to harass us further and try to make an example of us to a group of guests waiting under the awning because of the storm "see, it's them! They're right here, look!" and shaking her head. It was extremely rude and ignorant. Also, the breakfast was nothing advertise as a boon. I can't imagine any situation in which my family would return. It cost too much to be harassed without a proper breakfast.
