Stayed in Room 12, Sept. 23-27, 2026. It had been raining for days. Door to balcony so warped it would not, could not open. Television in room not operable. Staff notified, albeit on a Friday, said it would be fixed but no one showed up. No breakfast or coffee service on property, but a popular coffee roaster is a short walk away. Location of Parador is convenient if you have a car.

Property and experience are really great. Staff is a bit detached but overall helpful enough. Great room. Great location near a lot of really prime Albuquerque destinations. I’ve bashed this hotel before in the past but I have it another chance. My first experience was stunning on how rude the staff was. Thought I was in Vegas for a minute. But the place is too special not to try again. I did. I’m glad I did. Only downside is the area is replete with a major homelessness / drug addicted population that can be aggressive at times. Both stays I felt lucky when I woke up and my car hadn’t been stolen. Building a fence around the place would be the only fix I think would work. They have hired security. That’s fine and all. But a fence would be better. Would I stay there again ? Yes Would I might sure my theft policy on my car insurance is up to date ? Yes.

Fabulous staff! So friendly and nice. Good restaurants. Didn’t use the casino but played golf. Wonderful golf course. Some remodeling around the clubhouse.
