Very nice property. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Casino was busy. The Margaritaville restaurant was good.

It was close to a lot of downtown venues. The staff were a very cordial. We are already planning oue next weekend get away and will book there again.

The hotel and waterpark are obviously amazing. The staff is incredibly kind & helpful. The hotel is extremely clean. The only issue we have is the hidden fees that aren’t clear upfront which makes the already steep price even more difficult to ignore. There is no way to contact the property from the room or through their app. We repeatedly sent messages including questions about doing something for our room for our son’s birthday and they never replied. The phone number in the app isn’t the full phone number. Paying for parking at all after what you pay to stay here should be criminal. Breakfast for adults is a flat fee of $25 a person. My husband and I have had stomach surgery so a forced $25 breakfast buffet makes no sense for us since we can’t eat enough to justify that price tag. The staff in the Jack rabbit were AMAZING though! The man who continuously kept my water full went above and beyond. He was so kind! The prices for the drinks in the adults only pool are insane as well. Be prepared not to get the hold of $200 back for incidentals because you will rack up enough charges on your room to probably have to pay even more than that. We are extremely frugal and still owed almost $100 more. It just needs to be less expensive all around and it would be much more enjoyable.
