What the treatment type of places is this that I checked into? Never been treated so poorly as a customer or guest after five nights of paid service. I was not accused nor warned a single time of an infraction leaving the behavior unprovoked, innapropriate, and honestly quite a disgusting and deplorable way to confront and treat in DV booking and then to continue to accept funds from the domestic violence grants that women are granted if they qualify, only to treat a single female, with the same treatment, they are fleeing from is the most inhumane and improper way of doing business that I'm sure he's far too comfortable doing as he seemed quite comfortable in, treating me as if I stole something because one hour over check out the last time I checked, did not constitute men yelling at a guest, let alone, accusing me of expecting them to pay out-of-pocket for my extra hour, which was what was said and planning on staying another week as I kept myself in my room and had zero problems until this man and his buddy thought it was a wise choice to torment a survivor who not only has domestic violence issues but a survivor of an abusive teen program in Mexico entirely based on daily, systematic abuse and psychological warfare ultimately leading to an inability to want to fight as it is daily and consistent. Really enjoyed this hotel. Large room and decorated very stylish. Convenient to wineries. Staff was very friendly. I will stay there again.

Fridge was not working and had dirty napkins in the top freezer part which leaked down. Floor and counter was dirty. The window frame and screen were broke with a broken stick to keep it from opening. Door frame was locked. No phone in the room. Blankets were dirty. Tried calling while we were there no answer. When I checked out the front lady was in the phone and did not talk to me. They had a sign saying they are short staffed and not cleaning rooms everyday

The location was solid as far as easy and convenient. We got some good egg sandos for breakfast from a food cart a block away. That was cool. There are nice shops nearby but the homelessness is out of control and the people- sadly-are in such a bad place but it makes walking around with kids feel unsafe and unpleasant. The staff was fine, not overly friendly but did their jobs. The room was a bit outdated but it was quiet.

Amazing breakfast each morning on this beautiful property. My room was very comfortable and had a nice private patio outside Was cleaned each day. Mini fridge with wine and sodas and an offer to bring anything I needed. Nice shampoo, rinse and body wash and face wipes. Comfy robe and slippers. One thing to note is that there are stairs you may need to carry luggage up or down. That was fine for our group but if anyone has knee issues you might want to check on how that works for you Also it’s a stand up shower so if you’re a bath person you might think about how that impacts your experience.

This hotel was not as pictured. I am a travel nurse staying for work. I booked a non-smoking room. The room smelled of smoke. There was black on the paint like it had been smoked in regularly. The walls were thin. It was not super clean. I didn't feel like I would sleep so I actually went home.
