Durante mi estadía en el hotel tuve algunos inconvenientes con las condiciones de la habitación. El control remoto se encontraba en mal funcionamiento y no respondía correctamente. Además, el lavamanos del baño estaba desajustado en la parte de abajo, por lo que se salía el agua y se mojaba el área inferior. Considero que estos detalles deberían ser revisados y reparados para garantizar una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes.

Perfect location

Had issue with the maintenance of the property, there were several issues. Toilet leak, ants and mold on the wall in the living room. Overall the response from the property manager was slow to respond and not apologetic, we had to move to a hotel halfway through our stay. They lost our second room reservation we had made for a family member, but it turned out to be a blessing. It is a beautiful building, with amazing views and great decor, but this property needs to be better maintained in order to allow guests to enjoy their vacation.

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.
