I booked this property specifically because it mentions kayaks as an amenity. I might have missed something in the description because once I got to the hotel they said the kayak is a different entity and there are fees ($35 per person per hour I believe). Rooms were ok, slight damp smell in the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Location is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Princess Royale and would definitely consider returning. Our suite was clean, modern, bright and nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our family. Beach access was excellent, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and friendly. A few suggestions that would make the suites even better for beach-going families: A broom, Swiffer or small vacuum in every suite would be a huge help. Even being careful with our beach gear, sand inevitably made its way throughout the room, bathroom, balcony and eventually the beds. A quick daily sweep would make a big difference. A small bottle of dish soap at the kitchen sink would also be appreciated. We frequently ran out of clean utensils but didn't always have enough dishes to justify running the dishwasher. Being able to hand-wash a few things would be much more convenient. A simple instruction card for the induction cooktop would be very helpful. I found it surprisingly difficult to operate and ultimately had to use ChatGPT to figure it out. A few minor things: coffee/tea supplies were somewhat limited, the TVs were a little complicated to operate (especially the bedroom TV), and our alarm clock wasn't functional. Overall, though, we had a wonderful family stay and would happily return. The beautiful beach access, comfortable suites, friendly staff and fun atmosphere made for a great vacation!

Close to boardwalk and beach convenient and least expensive

Room was clean and updated. Location was perfect to beach and downtown.
