The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and our room was clean and comfortable.

This was an AMAZING hotel that we just happened to find! I needed a wheelchair accessible room due to a recent broken leg. The suite was absolutely PERFECT. Had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious! All of the Staff went above and beyond and were SO friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this great find!

The Staff was great - valet team, front desk and counter servers. All were engaging and helpful. The issue we experienced was that only one of the three elevators was operating which resulted in ridiculously long waits. On Friday morning the wait resulted in us being late for an important meeting. These need to be fixed.

This was our second stay at colonies at Williamsburg enjoyable. We missed the lazy river at the pool this year and had some issues with our television in the living room that did not work throughout our stay, but the property was clean and we would likely stay again.

Did not get the downstairs unit requested in advance It was rectified at check in. Complained about being in a street facing unit, but as it turned our the units are very quite and it was not an issue other than nothing nice to look at from the balcony.. I'm a frequent guest and will continue to be one.
